Fish Filleting
Learn how to fillet your own fish and maximise returns on your filleting. This is a practical 1 night workshop where everyone participates and practises. All materials are provided including the use of aprons, boots and knives. All training is carried out in our export-standard seafood processing facility.
The fish filleting workshops held by the Australian Fisheries Academy are plenty of fun with group and one-on-one guidance provided by the course lecturer. You can come alone or share the fun by bringing a friend. Gift vouchers are also available if you're looking for a present with a difference.
